SUBJ: MILITARY LEAVE ACCRUAL POLICY CHANGE

1. REF A amends REF B to extend the 75-day military leave accrual
authorization, which began on 1 October 2008 through 30 September
2015.
2. Unless the criteria of Article 2.a.15.b. of REF C are met, the
following are the maximum leave balance carryover totals for both
active duty and reservists:
End of Fiscal Year     Carryover Limit
30 Sep 2013:           75 days
30 Sep 2014:           75 days
30 Sep 2015:           60 days
3. Commands with questions regarding this policy change are
