SUBJ: CONSOLIDATED FY13 LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS AND SENIOR SERVICE
CIVILIAN SCHOOLS SOLICITATION
1. This new format solicits applications from civilians for the
following Leadership Development opportunities and Senior Service
Civilian Schools and programs:
   A. Leadership Development Programs
      (1) Aspiring Leader Program
      (2) New Leader Program
      (3) Executive Leader Program
      (4) Executive Potential Program
   B. Leadership Development Courses
      (1) Management Development Seminar I
      (2) Management Development Seminar II
      (3) Executive Development Seminar
      (4) Collaborative Leadership Seminar
      (5) Executive Leadership for America: Brookings Institute
      (6) Democratic Society: Federal Executive Institute (FEI)
      (7) White House Workshop
      (8) Capitol Hill Workshop
      (9) Career Enrichment Seminar
   C. Senior Service Civilian Schools:
      (1) Naval War College
      (2) Eisenhower School formally known as Industrial College of
the Armed Forces
      (3) Naval Postgraduate School
2. For more detailed course descriptions, program dates, locations,
availability and application procedures please visit:
http://www.uscg.mil/leadership/courses/courses.asp. Costs for these
programs will be funded by COMDT (CG-133) through AFC 56 funds.
Military quotas are available to both Active duty and Reserve
officers.
3. Non Appropriated Fund (NAF) employees interested in attending any
of these courses/programs should email completed packages no later
than one week prior to the due date to Ms. Joyce Faison
