THIS ALCOAST DOES NOT APPLY TO BLOGS HOSTED ON CG PORTAL OR INTELLIPEDIA FOR INTERNAL INFORMATION AND COLLABORATION. 2. A BLOG IS AN EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS TOOL AND IS SUPERIOR TO MANY CURRENT METHODS OF COLLABORATION ON SPECIFIC SUBJECTS. A WELL MAINTAINED BLOG CAN ENABLE OUTREACH WITH A WIDE AUDIENCE, AND THROUGH THE POWER OF NETWORKING, THE AUDIENCE CAN BE EXPANDED EXPONENTIALLY.
