SATO HAS BEEN AWARDED TWO SEPARATE TMC SERVICE CONTRACTS, ONE TO SUPPORT TDY TRAVEL AND ONE TO SUPPORT PCS TRAVEL. SEPARATING THE TMC SERVICES IS ONE OF THE MANY STEPS IN POSITIONING THE COAST GUARD FOR THE FUTURE DEPLOYMENT OF THE ETRAVEL PROGRAM WHICH ONLY SUPPORTS TDY TRAVEL. ETRAVEL WILL BE SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED IN A FUTURE ALCOAST. EACH OF THE SATO CONTRACTS HAS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE TYPE OF TRAVEL THEY SUPPORT, THEREFORE IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT THE CORRECT SATO SERVICE CENTER PHONE NUMBER IS USED WHEN MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. PARAGRAPHS 2 THROUGH 4 ADDRESS THE TDY CONTRACT AND PARAGRAPHS 5 AND 6 ADDRESS THE PCS CONTRACT. 2. THE TDY TMC CONTRACT PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR TDY TRAVEL. UNDER THIS CONTRACT TWO TYPES OF SERVICE ARE PROVIDED, CALL IN SERVICE TO A SERVICE CENTER AND SELF SERVICE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SATO ON LINE BOOKING TOOL GETTHERE. ADDITIONALLY, UNDER THIS CONTRACT SATO WILL CONTINUE TO USE THE SUBCONTRACTOR, CENTURY TRAVEL. AREAS CURRENTLY USING CENTURY TRAVEL WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM AT THE TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER 1-877-372-4640. ALL OTHER AREAS WILL USE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TOLL FREE SATO SERVICE CENTER PHONE NUMBERS: A. HAWAII, GUAM, SINGAPORE AND JAPAN - SATO HONOLULU SERVICE CENTER 1-866-848-3838. B. BAHRAIN - SERVICE CONTINUES AS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED. C. ALL OTHERS - SATO SAN ANTONIO SERVICE CENTER 1-800-753-7286. 3. ACCESS TO AND REGISTRATION FOR ACCESS CREDENTIALS FOR THE SATO ON LINE BOOKING TOOL, GETTHERE, CAN BE FOUND AT WEB ADDRESS HTTP://WWW.USCG.MIL/PPC/GETTHERE. 4. THE SATO SERVICE FEES FOR TDY SERVICES ARE: A. NON-SELF SERVICE, CALLING A SERVICE CENTER AND WORKING WITH AN AGENT, 28 DOLLARS (28.00). THE FEE IS CHARGED EACH TIME A TICKET IS ISSUED OR REISSUED. UNDER THIS CONTRACT TWO TYPES OF SERVICE ARE PROVIDED, ON-SITE SERVICE AT CAPE MAY AND CALL IN SERVICE TO A SERVICE CENTER, NO SELF SERVICE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ON-SITE SERVICE AT CAPE MAY IS TO SUPPORT GRADUATING RECRUIT TRAVEL. THE SATO TOLL FREE SERVICE CENTER PHONE NUMBER FOR PCS TRAVEL IS 1-877-905-9646. 6.
