Required competencies: Strong writing skills, ability to interpret complex policy issues, and ability to develop Microsoft Sharepoint sites and Excel databases. F. Preferred competencies: Self starter with ability to manage multi-faceted projects. G. Additional information: Member will help update military personnel policy and procedures for officer and enlisted personnel, and will build Sharepoint sites and Excel databases to more effectively track historical and current policy changes.
