Required competencies: Information technology knowledge to provide program/project management capabilities for enterprise-wide implementation of E-Gov travel system, administrative responsibilities to implement a Coast Guard System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) program as the system support Agent (SSA) to CG-6, strong writing skills and ability to manage complex policy issues. Member will be responsible to represent the CG at DHS E-Gov All-hands meetings. F. Preferred competencies: IT specialist with system integration development and administration experience. G.
