SUBJ: UPDATE TO THE CHANGE IN RESERVE COMPONENT CATEGORY (RCC) FORM
1. The Change in Reserve Component Category (RCC) form is now an
official Coast Guard form, CG-1001. It is located in the electronic
forms library at http://www.uscg.mil/forms.
2. Effective immediately, discontinue use of all previous versions of
the form.
3. Additional information on the RCC form is available at
http://www.uscg.mil/rpm/rpm1/rcc.asp.
