section of your e-resume when applying for the PY13 Reserve CWO
Appointment Board. Applicants shall follow the Reserve CWO
Appointment Board e-resume guidance contained in paragraph 9 of Ref
(A) which is also posted at the CG PSC-rpm webpage, Chief Warrant
Officer section, PY13 CWO Appointment Board:

e-resumes requesting SELRES assignment to individual positions
reflected above.
3. Applicants should pay close attention to the step by step guidance
located on the CG PSC-rpm webpage. Packages submitted incorrectly
will be returned.
4. Per paragraph 10.a of Ref (A), if there are no vacant positions
listed above in your prospective reserve CWO specialty, your CWO
specialty will not be considered by the PY13 CWO Appointment Board.
Appointments are based upon projected vacancies.
