2. Members who wish to compete for these positions should not submit
new e-resumes, but instead shall contact their AOs via e-mail NLT COB
Wednesday, 30 January 2013. Individuals should indicate in their
e-mail where the new position(s) would fall numerically in their list
of preferences. Individuals who are not tour complete shall obtain
e-mail endorsements from their commanding officers addressing, early
departure and backfill requirements, or acceptability of a potential
gap.
3. It is extremely important that officers verify, and correct if
necessary, their current contact information in direct access. This
enables assignment officers to quickly contact officers throughout
the assignment process. Officers without updated contact information
are at risk of missing out on potential assignment opportunities.
