1. IAW Ref (A), the Inactive Duty Promotion List (IDPL) Designation
Panel convenes on 21 Febuary 2013. This panel is conducted for those
lieutenants and lieutenants (junior grade) who hold a reserve
commission and were twice non-selected on the Active Duty Promotion
List (ADPL). These candidates will be considered for affiliation with
the Ready Reserve. Qualified candidates for this panel will be
notified via SEPCOR.
2. Any officer who believes they qualify for this panel and has not
been contacted by CG PSC-rpm-1 by 05 Feb 2013, should contact CG
PSC-rpm-1 immediately.
3. Point of contact in CG PSC-rpm-1: CWO2 Pam Thompson-Yancey at
arl-pf-cgpsc-rpm-boardspanels(at)uscg.mil.
4. IAW Ref (B), an officer may choose to submit a letter of
communication to the panel through the officer's chain of command.
5. All officers under consideration are encouraged to review and
validate their official Electronically Imaged-Personnel Data Record
(EI-PDR) prior to the panel convening date. Instructions for
