SUBJ: AY13 SENIOR COMMAND SCREENING PANEL  (SCSP)
A. ALCGOFF 109/12
1. Based on needs of the service, a SCSP supplemental panel for the
IMAT CO position was convened on 19NOV2012. The following
officers listed alphabetically have been found to be best qualified
among those eligible for assignment to the IMAT command position in
AY13 (3 Selected):
CAPT Hewett, Larry W.
CAPT Lloyd, Anthony S.
CAPT Leblanc, Daniel L.
2. This list supplements the AY13 SCSP results announced in ref (A).
The supplemental panel was convened to ensure a viable candidate pool
was available for assignment.
3. Officers should understand that screening does not guarantee
assignment to command.  As always, the needs of the service will
guide actual assignments and officers screened may rotate into other
important non-command billets where their experience will best serve
the Coast Guard. Actual assignments will be made during the Captain
assignment panel in Dec 2012.
4. The precept which convened the SCSP and charged the members with
their duties, along with other pertinent SCSP info is available in
the OPM-2 assignments folder within the OPM reference library on the
CG-PSC-OPM Portal place at
https://cgportal.uscg.mil/lotus/myquickr/psc-opm.
5. The proceedings of a screening panel, including its deliberations
and criteria for selection, cannot be disclosed to any person who was
not a member of the panel.  Questions regarding the panel process
