1. In accordance with Refs (A) and (B), PSC-OPM-1 has received
applications in Direct Access for officers desiring selection to
Postgraduate or Advanced Education (PG/Adv Ed) opportunities in AY13.
2. The AY13 applicant roster is available for viewing in OPM's
reference library on the CG Portal at
https://cgportal.uscg.mil/CTL/17581NI (OPM-1 - PG/Adv Ed - AY13
PG/Adv Ed Documents).  All applicants are encouraged to verify that
their names appear on the correct roster for each program. Rosters
are sorted by program, panel convening date, and alphabetically by
last name.
3. The rosters include only those candidates who properly applied in
Direct Access by the application deadline of 8 June 12.  Officers
applying for programs currently in re-solicitation are not included
and will be added after the re-solicitation deadline, but no later
than five days before the respective panel convening date listed in
Ref (C).
4. If you believe you submitted an e-resume for one of these programs
and your name does not appear on the roster, please check the status
of your e-resume by following the instructions on page 18 of Ref (B).

5. In addition to the panel schedule listed in Ref (C), the
Organizational Leadership selection panel will convene 27 August 2012
and the Transportation Management program will convene on 17
September 2012.
