1. The 2013 ADPL Commander Assignment Panel reconvened on 17 January
2013 and the following changes have been made to the slate for
Commander billets as a result of retirement in lieu of orders:

CG-MER-2                          CDR(S) Tim Gunter (FR)
2. The 2013 Commander Assignment Panel has adjourned following final
approval of 349 assignments as noted in Ref D.
3. PCS orders will be issued by 1 February 2013 and officers shall
execute their orders with their SPO.  The provisions of Ref A apply
and tour lengths will be per Ref C unless otherwise described.
Officers marked with (FR) will be frocked to the grade selected upon
departure from their current duty station if not already promoted.
