R 281950Z SEP 12 ALCGFINANCE 040/12 SUBJ: AFTER ACTION REPORT ON THE AY13 SPRING SEMI-ANNUAL REPROGRAMMING REVIEW (SARR) 1. AY13 Spring SARR synopsis: A. The AY13 Spring SARR is complete and the final billet map is posted on the SARR microsite in CG Portal. There were 453 total submissions considered at the SARR meeting. Of these, 355 reprogrammings were authorized. The total submissions included 03 military to civilian (mil-civ) reprogrammings, of which 02 were authorized. B. In alignment with the AY13 assignment cycle, authorized military reprogrammings, including mil-civs, were placed on PAL in a proposed status and will be changed to approved status in April 2013 upon confirmation from the PSC that billets are ready for assignment in AY13. Billets that are not ready for assignment in AY13 will remain in their proposed status and will be changed to approved status in a future assignment year. C. Authorized civilian position reprogrammings were placed on PAL in proposed status. They will be flipped to approved status upon receipt of a tentative or final classification from an authorized CSA. Until COMDT (CG-833) receives a CSA classification, civilian positions that are not yet classified will remain on PAL with the position title PENDS CLASS. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Program/Resource Manager that submitted the SARR reprogramming request to ensure that COMDT (CG-833) receives classified position descriptions. D. COMDT (CG-833) appreciates the hard work and cooperation of all stakeholders in making the AY13 SARR a success. Careful review of reprogramming submissions by resource staffs and other stakeholders allows COMDT (CG-833) to minimize reprogramming errors and allows the SARR process to run smoothly. 2.
