1. The issued BDFA for February 2013 is:

Ashore 16.66
2. The Special Meal Supplement (SMS) for February 2013 is 2.38.
3. Requests for Extraordinary Operating Condition (EOC) shall be made
in accordance with ALCOAST 255/12 and 291/12.
4. Commanding Officers and Officers-In-Charge shall ensure all Food
Service Officers receive a copy of this message.
