THE CRSP IS TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED TO BE HELD AT PSC-EPM THIS FALL. THE PLANNED CRSP WILL ASSESS THE CONTINUED SERVICE OF RETIREMENT ELIGIBLE PERSONNEL WHO MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA: A. ALL RETIREMENT ELIGIBLE E6 AND BELOW WITH 20 OR MORE YEARS OF ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE AS OF 01 SEPTEMBER 2010. B. ALL RETIREMENT ELIGIBLE E7 AND ABOVE WITH 20 OR MORE YEARS OF ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE WHO HAVE THREE OR MORE YEARS TIME IN GRADE (TIG) AS OF 01 SEPTEMBER 2010. 3. TIME IN SERVICE DEFINITION FOR RETIREMENT ELIGIBLE ENLISTED ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL IDENTIFIED AS CRSP CANDIDATES IS BASED ON ALL MILITARY SERVICE THAT IS REFLECTED IN THE ACTIVE DUTY BASE DATE (ADBD) WHICH CAN BE FOUND IN DIRECT ACCESS BY CLICKING: HOME/SELF SERVICE/EMPLOYEE/VIEW/MEMBER INFORMATION. 4. PERSONNEL EXCLUDED FROM THE PLANNED CRSP. A. PERSONNEL WITH AN APPROVED RETIREMENT DATE ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 2012. APPROVED RETIREMENT ORDERS MUST HAVE BEEN ISSUED BY PSC-EPM-1 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF REFERENCE (A). B. ALL RESERVE PERSONNEL TO INCLUDE: EAD, INVOLUNTARY RECALL (TITLE 10), ADT, ADOT, IADT, ADT-AT, AND ADT-OTD ORDERS. 5. THE PLANNED CRSP WILL USE A PERFORMANCE AND CONDUCT BASED METHODOLOGY TO DETERMINE WHICH MEMBERS WILL BE INVOLUNTARILY RETIRED. 6. THE PLANNED CRSP COMPOSITION WILL INCLUDE A MIX OF SENIOR OFFICERS AND SENIOR ENLISTED MEMBERS. THE MASTER CHIEF PETTY OFFICER OF THE COAST GUARD WILL PARTICIPATE AS A NON-VOTING MEMBER. THE CRITERIA IN PARAGRAPH 2 ARE EXPECTED TO GENERATE A CANDIDATE POOL OF APPROXIMATELY 1300 PERSONNEL OR 3.8 PCT OF THE ENLISTED WORKFORCE, THAT WILL BE REVIEWED FOR INVOLUNTARY RETIREMENT. NO PERCENTAGE FOR SELECTION FOR INVOLUNTARY RETIREMENT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AT THIS TIME. SERVICE NEED MAY BE CONSIDERED AS ONE OF THE FACTORS FOR RETENTION. 7. THE CRSP WILL REVIEW THE RECORDS OF THE CANDIDATES IDENTIFIED IN PARAGRAPH 2 AND WILL RECOMMEND TO COMMANDER, PSC-EPM INVOLUNTARY RETIREMENT OF ALL MEMBERS THAT AT LEAST TWO THIRDS OF THE PANEL DETERMINE ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE. 8.
