Deepwater Implementation Plan Review - This document provides a 2007 update to the Post-9/11 Deepwater Implementation Plan.

Report on Patrol Boat Availability - The aim of this report is to provide Congress with the Coast Guard’s updated, comprehensive plan to meet the Nation’s near and long-term patrol boat needs.

Report on Maintenance of Legacy Assets - The Coast Guard’s greatest threat to mission performance is that legacy assets are aging, becoming technologically obsolete, and will require replacement and modernization in the future. This report represents a plan for maintenance of all legacy assets.

Report on the Revised Deepwater Implementation Plan - The revised Implementation Plan, based on a revised post-9/11 Deepwater Mission Need Statement, advances the Deepwater acquisition by incorporating improved capabilities necessary to perform the Coast Guard’s full range of post-9/11 missions, while sustaining and modernizing select legacy assets to operate effectively until replaced by Deepwater assets.

Report to Congress on the Feasibility of Accelerating the Deepwater Program - In the Deepwater Program Report, the acceleration of the Deepwater Program is addressed with the associated benefits and impacts.

Report to Congress on the Feasibility of Accelerating the Deepwater Program - Executive Summary - The Executive Summary provides an overview of the feasibility issues involved with a 10-year acceleration of the Deepwater Program.
