By helping the Coast Guard better manage configuration, maintenance, supply chain and technical data for its assets, Coast Guard Logistics Information Management System (CG-LIMS) increases asset availability and operational effectiveness while decreasing costs.

Features

CG-LIMS uses commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools to incrementally replace legacy logistics systems and interface with financial and other information systems. CG-LIMS will be an important tool to support the Coast Guard’s logistics business model, including:
