In order for your comments to be reviewed and considered for incorporation into the draft Request for Proposals, responses must be received by July 16, 2012. Incremental submission of comments is strongly encouraged. Please make your comments and justification for your comments as comprehensive and complete as possible. The Coast Guard cannot guarantee that any comments received after this date will be reviewed and considered for incorporation into the formal Request For Proposal (RFP).
