Description: Recreational Sports are great for moral but most do not offer the sustained cardiovascular requirements to lose weight.

Pros: Great for moral and as a supplement to your regular workout.

Cons: Most injuries occur from these types of activities, especially the team sports like basketball, flag football and soccer.

Cost: Varies, depending on activity.
