Mini-Band - Bridge
- Wrap a mini band around both legs just above the knees
- Lie on back with your knees bent, arms extended along
the side, heels together, knees apart applying moderate
outward pressure on band, and toes pointed up at a 45°
- Raise hips up and maintain a straight line from
shoulder to knees for prescribed time
- Lower hips to the ground
- Repeat for the prescribed number of exercises
