Foul Weather Parka II

The original All Weather Parka, F5406, (AWP) and the newer Foul Weather Parka II (FWPII) are currently authorized items to be worn. If a member is wearing an AWP, it may not fit or cover the new Untucked ODU, since the ODU top may show from the bottom.

Please continue to refer to Propper's website (EPropper.com) to purchase the Foul Weather Trouser II (model number F5207). This item is not available from the UDC.

Foul Weather Parka II
Coast Guard Foul Weather Parka II - click for larger image Propper's Foul Weather Parka is made of
100% nylon with a GORE-TEX®
membrane. Waterproof, windproof and
breathable GORE-TEX® fabric makes this
garment contamination-resistant to diesel
fuel, jet fuel, DEET, petroleum, oils and
lubricants. Features two external cargo
pockets, two hand warmer pockets, a
stowable hood, hidden map pocket, and
elastic and Velcro® wrist closures. Unlike
the All (Foul) Weather Parka I, this garment
has a storm flap at the collar and is longer
in length. The Foul Weather Parka II and its
accompanying Liner II (ODU Utility Jacket) are designed to fit properly over the new ODU.

ODU Utility Jacket (enhanced Foul Weather liner)
ODU Utility Jacket (FWL) This companion to the U.S.
Coast Guard's Foul Weather Parka II
can be worn by itself and features a
water-repellent surface that sheds rain
and snow.  Made of Polartec® fleece
material, it zips in and out of the parka
and also features a full zip-through
collar and two zip-front welt pockets.
Waist drawstrings have barrel locks.
Easily laundered and made in the USA.
The Foul Weather Parka II and its
accompanying liner are designed to fit
properly over the new ODU. F5413
