Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC)
Divisions
The SILC has two subordinate commands and four shared service divisions / staffs that provide services to the nine SILC product lines. A summary of the commands, shared service divisions and product lines are provided below.
The SILC product lines provide total logistics and engineering support for the shore facility assets that fall within the product line. The Product Line Manager (PLM) is the primary point of contact (POC) for the operational unit, and the single point of accountability for any asset-related issue, system, or equipment.
