Shore Maintenance Command (SMC)
The SMC executes the Coast Guard Civil Engineering Program's AFC-43 and EC&R funded projects to maintain and sustain high quality facilities in the right place, at the right time, and within budget. The SMC supports the CG’s asset management program in directing assessments to be executed by the CEUs.
