who come to this page to fill out a survey to help us determine the effectiveness of this site and to make improvements

CIM 4500.5B
In accordance with the Coast Guard Personal Property Management Manual (CIM 4500.5B), all excess General Purpose
property with an individual unit cost of $2500 or more ($500 for furniture), and in disposal condition codes 1, 4,
and 7, will be screened for reutilization on SFLC's Excess Property web page.
Units are required to complete the electronic SF-120 form, Report of Excess Personal Property, in order to screen
their excess items on the website.
For Hull, Mechanical, & Electrical (HM&E) and Engine Spares contact the Item Manager at the Source of Supply
(SOS) for instructions on excessing this material.
Fill out an on-line SF-120 and e-mail it to SKCS Tracy Lewis.
Units should refer to their Oracle Property Report for the assset particulars, such as FSC, cost acquired date, etc.

Do not forward excess material for disposal to an Inventory Control Point (ICP) without prior approval. Units are reminded to
follow mandatory sources of supply outlined in chapter 2 of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures Manual, COMDT M4200.13H.
SFLC will not be responsible for notifying units who have met the 30 day reporting requirement. Units who transfer their
excess property to another unit are reminded to contact
SKCS Tracy Lewis at (410) 762-6441 in order to have those
items removed from the excess property list.
