MILITARY PAY & BENEFITS

As a military service, the Coast Guard Reserve offers pay, benefits and privileges that are in alignment with the other armed services. Actual benefits Reservists are eligible for depend on the service they are performing. When performing active duty for other than training, Reservists are eligible for all pay & benefits that other active duty members are eligible for. In addition, when activated in support of a Named Contingency such as Operation Enduring Freedom, Reservists may be eligible for additional benefits.
