WHAT WE DO
The Reserve Component Category Management Branch deals with boards, panels, promotions, advancements, retirements, resignations, discharges and separations for all Reserve Officer, Chief Warrant Officer, and Enlisted members, and validates the evaluations of all Reserve Officers to ensure compliance with applicable policy.

OES- Watch the message board for a 2012 ALCGRSV message for Promotion Year 2013 (PY13) to know if you are in-zone. 2012 is an even year so all Reserve Officers should have an OER due this year. If your Reporting Officer changes you may be due for an OER!
