Important (Updated 20 January 2012)

The CRSP aids provided below are intended to assist members and commands.

1. Incorrect candidate message template Intended for use by commands for personnel believed to have been incorrectly identified as a CRSP candidate.
2. Missing candidate message template Intended for use by commands for personnel who should have been included as a CRSP candidate but were not.
3. Connectivity message template  Intended for use by commands who are unable to view the list of personnel identified for CRSP due to poor e-mail connectivity or other reasons.
4. Med Board status message template  Intended for use by commands with candidates who have an open physical disability evaluation system (PDES) case pending.
5. Communication (Comms) memo template Intended for use by candidates who wish to provide mitigating information specific to documented substandard performance and/or conduct.
6. Retire in Lieu memo template Intended for use by candidates who choose not to have their record reviewed by the CRSP but wish to retire instead.
7. Early Retirement memo template  Intended for use by candidates who have been identified for involuntary retirement (IR) by the CRSP that wish to retire earlier than 1 December 2013.
8. Waiver memo template  Intended for use by candidates who have been identified for IR by the CRSP that wish to request a waiver to retire past 1 December 2013.
9. Appeal memo template Intended for use by candidates who have been identified for IR by the CRSP that wish to appeal the panels decision.
