U.S. Coast Guard Women Afloat Coordinator

Updated April 2012
Counseling and details on women afloat assignments are available year round
from the Women Afloat Coordinator. Please call or email with your questions
or comments regarding afloat assignments.
Mixed Gender Cutters
We
do not publish a list of available racks onboard cutters because it changes
constantly and sometimes we can make adjustments when needed.
It
is recommended that you continue to place all desired cutters from your
shopping list in rank order priority regardless of the cutter’s current
gender make up. This will help aid the assignment of new mixed gender
opportunities throughout the assignment year and to maximize options for an
afloat assignment.
These documents are intended to help aid in the completion of your erésumé
and for general knowledge of the mixed gender capabilities of Coast Guard
cutters and their homeport locations .
