Digital Signature Instructions
ALCGOFF 024/09, announced two important changes to the Officer Evaluation System.
All OERs now have digital signature capability, and all officers in the grades of O-4 and below must sign their OER prior to submission to CG PSC.

Printing issues
In some cases, printers do not recognize the parameters on the new form. This occurred with the 10/06 version of the forms as well. To correct this, select "file" --> "print" --> "page scaling" --> "Fit to Printable Area" (or it may say "fit to margins" if an older printer)
