Customer Service Center

Welcome to the Customer Service Center Branch (CSC)

The Customer Service Center consists of 4 Offices:

Administration Office (SPO) - provides a wide variety of services which include Administrative services for personnel assigned to TRACEN Petaluma and in some special cases, to other units within the training center's geographical region; PHS Admin & Leave tracking support; CG Mutual Assistance; JP Morgan and Chase Government Travel Charge Card; and Military mail services.

Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) - maintains and updates personnel data records as well as investigating and resolving personnel and pay issues for TRACEN Petaluma permanent and "A" transient personnel; CAMSPAC.

Transportation Office - provides support to military personnel with their government and self procured moves, as well as transporation arragements for flights and ferry terminals, and shipment of POV's.

ID Card Office - located in the main building at the Front Gate of the training center. Hours of operation are 0730-1130 and 1230-1530 Monday through Friday, with the exception of Federal Holidays.

Note: The ID Card office no longer issues Decals as they are no longer required to enter most US military installations.

Office Location: Building 150 on Idaho Avenue (3rd left off of Pennsylvania Avenue from the main gate, followed by a 2nd left)

The Customer Service Center’s hours of operation are as follows:

Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays)

0730 - 1130 - Walk-ins
1130 - 1300 - Closed for Lunch
1300 - 1600 - By appointment only

Any emergencies that arise will be taken care of immediately.
