Dedicated to assisting computer users with the knowledge they need to use computers efficiently, we have a wealth of downloadable Quick Help Job Aids available on our Intranet website.

Workshops

We offer a variety of workshops in support of Standard Workstation (SW) applications.

Onsite Library

We maintain an extensive library of training materials for the novice or expert. Books, videos, and CD-ROM CBTs can be checked out.

Services

The IRC provides a wide variety of services based around learning and technology. State-of-the-art computer classrooms and A/V equipment are available for use.

Hours of Operation

We are closed for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day.

Our Mission Statement

The purpose of the Information Resource Center at Training Center Petaluma is to provide a quality support environment utilizing training tools and shared resources that enhance performance and/or learning in a changing environment. The IRC provides a centralized location for application support on the Standard Workstation (SW) and PC computer platforms.
