INDEPENDENT FOOD SERVICE OFFICER

This course provides E-4 through E-5 Food Service Specialists with instruction and application of laws, regulations and policies related to independently managing their small Coast Guard Dining Facility. 

Duration
Course is a 19 day course which includes a one week concentration on DFAM (Dining Facility Automation Management System)
