How do I get a TACCTS account?
Follow
procedures for submitting an ESO Designation letter
to CGI
You will receive a login and temporary password via email.
Open the
TACCTS website
.
Login and set a permanent password within 24 hours of email receipt or the system will lock your account.
How to I add an issue?
Login and select the department where you want to send the issue
Click
Enter information - if request is not specific to a member, enter your EMPLID as the member EMPLID
Choose a description from the dropdown list.
Click
to send ticket to CGI.
How do I find an issue?
Click
to see all open tickets. Remember tickets are separated by division. To see TA tickets you have to be in the TA and Grants section, etc.
Click
to see both open and closed tickets.
On the search form, use the
Submitted By
criteria. Select your name from the dropdown menu.
Click
and a list of both your open and closed issues will display.
How do I add a comment to an issue?
Click
to see all open tickets.
Click anywhere on the issue to open.
Click
in the open issue.
Add comment in the
comments field.
Click
to send ticket back to CGI.
How do I reopen an issue?
Click
to find closed tickets.
On the search form, use the
Submitted By
criteria. Select your name from the dropdown menu.
Click
and a list of both your open and closed issues will display.
Click anywhere on the issue to open.
Click
in the open issue.
Add reason for reopen in the comments field.
Click
to send ticket back to CGI.
What do I do if TACCTS locks my account?
Send an email to
CGI-DG-CST_DIV@uscg.mil
, requesting your account be unlocked.
Call 405-954-2437 and request your account be unlocked.
