Design History:

The vessels of this class of tugs were built for the Navy as part of the war effort and were completed after the end of hostilities.

Cutter History:

Taken over at Norfolk. VA she was assigned to Baltimore, MD in late 1920. By 1 January 1924 she was out of commission; she was sold 20 March 1925 in Baltimore, MD.
