The Planning and Force Readiness Division serves as the primary integrating element for the Eleventh District Chief of Staff as an externally focused link to government agencies and stakeholders, and as an internal bridge between the operational activities of Response, Prevention, Intelligence, and C4IT. The Planning and Force Readiness Division (dx) consists of:
