Storing your Privately Owned Vehicle (POV)
You are eligible to store a POV if:
- you are a member of the U.S. armed forces and;
- you are ordered to make a PCS move to a foreign OCONUS PDS where POVs can not be shipped or where extensive modification of the vehicle would be required.
You must obtain a letter from your local transportation office authorizing POV storage.
