All enlisted rating courses are available in PDF format, except for IS which must be ordered in hard copy.

The following courses are available in PDF format to  authorized personnel who have access to the Coast Guard Portal:

   FS2, IT2, IT1, YN2, YN1 and SARFND

The Coast Guard Portal can be accessed by following the directions below:

a.      Go to https://cgportal2.uscg.mil/Pages/main.aspx.
b.      Click “Training and Education” (menu at top).
c.       Click “Learning Management System” (menu at top).
d.      Select “Course Catalog”.
e.      Select the “Enlisted Advancement” catalog.
f.        Select the desired rating or EPME catalog.
