MEDICAL CARE: Acute illness walk-ins are held weekdays at 0700 for all active duty members. For routine care, please call our reception desk at (310)521-6052 to schedule an appointment.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES: After-hours and on weekends, if a life or limb threatening emergency arises, call 911 (transportation to the nearest emergency room). If an acute injury or illness arises without threat to life or limb, contact the Base LA/LB OOD at (310)345-5941.
- While on leave, if you need non-urgent medical treatment, go to the nearest military medical treatment facility. If you require emergency care, go to the nearest emergency room. Notify civilian staff your insurance is “Tricare Prime”. Your policy number is your social security number. Be sure to notify the OOD or a clinic staff member of your situation.
- Duty status chits will be provided by the Health Services Division. If a Not Fit for Duty or Fit for Limited Duty chit has been recommended, you will adhere to all limitations and instructions. It is your responsibility to keep your Supervisor informed of your duty status at all times.
DENTAL CARE: Dental care is held weekdays at the following times:
0700 for active duty dental walk-ins.
0700 –1430 for active duty dental exams and routine dental care appointments.

DENTAL EMERGENCIES: After hours and on weekends, if an acute or urgent dental condition arises contact the Base LA/LB OOD at (310)345-5941. They in turn will contact the Clinic Administrator who will direct you to the appropriate treatment facility.
