With the increase in illegal traffic via "Go-Fast" style boats, a new higher speed boat was needed. Developed from the proven United States Department of Homeland Security platform, the 33' Defender features: triple Mercury Verado 275hp outboards, a zero to plane time under 3-seconds and a top speed in excess of 60 MPH. The fully enclosed heated and air conditioned cabin, with up to six shock mitigating seats, reduces crew fatigue and allows operation in heavier seas. The addition of a forward gunners station and an increase in operational range make the 33' Defender an ideal Law Enforcement platform.
