Bertholf Granted ATO for its C4ISR Systems
May 29, 2009 - The Coast Guard’s newest and most technologically advanced cutter, CGC Bertholf, was granted Authority to Operate (ATO) for its C4ISR systems, clearing the way for the lead ship in the new class of National Security Cutters (NSC) to join the fleet in fully operational status.

Feb. 5, 2009 - The Coast Guard adheres closely to the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense and the National Security Agency rules, regulations, and protocols for TEMPEST testing and certification.

Coast Guard Exercises Contract Options to Missionize the Fifth and Sixth HC-130J Aircraft
Dec. 30, 2008 - On November 19, 2008, Coast Guard officials exercised options on the existing ICGS Deepwater contract to missionize the fifth and sixth HC-130J Long Range Surveillance (LRS) Aircraft at Lockheed Martin in Greenville, S.C.

Coast Guard Awards Contract to Purchase Three HC-144As and Five Mission System Pallets
Nov. 21, 2008 - The Coast Guard awarded a firm-fixed-price Delivery/Task Order to Integrated Coast Guard Systems on November 17, 2008, to purchase three HC-144A “Ocean Sentry” Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) at a total cost of $150,517,167.00.

New Selex HC-130H Radar Continues to Prove Value in Lifesaving
Sep. 23, 2008 - On September 4, a Coast Guard HC-130H “Hercules” Long Range Surveillance Aircraft located and identified three people atop an overturned 15 foot boat in choppy waters 47 nautical miles northwest of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic using a newly installed Selex Seaspray 7500E radar system.

Coast Guard Takes Delivery of High-Tech Facility
Dec 4, 2007 - The U.S. Coast Guard, Integrated Coast Guard Systems, and Lockheed Martin completed the final phase of the $20 million Command, Control, Computers, Communications Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) simulator at Training Center Petaluma in Petaluma, Calif. The completion of this state-of-the-art training suite represents a milestone in the Coast Guard's $24 billion, 25-year modernization and recapitalization plan known as Deepwater.

Deepwater Command, Communication, Sensor Electronics Build Enhanced Operational Capabilities
July 11, 2007 - The Deepwater program is making progress in the development and delivery of mission effective command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) equipment. Already these systems have improved the operational capabilities of legacy cutters and aircraft, and will provide even more functionality when the next generation of surface and air platforms arrives in service.

USCGC Seneca Shows Off C4ISR Upgrades, Deepwater News
April 2006 - The crew of the 270-foot medium-endurance cutter USCGC Seneca visited Alexandria, Va., in late March, and hosted open-house tours of their ship.

Breaking Ground to Expand Communication Capabilities, Deepwater News
February 2006 - The Coast Guard broke ground Jan. 10, for a $3.4 million, 9,800-square-foot expansion of the Coast Guard Communications Area Master Station Atlantic (CAMSLANT) in Chesapeake, Va.
